New Computer Tips section!

You may have noticed that there is a computer tips section added. Things are getting added quite slowly because we are very busy. The computer tips section is a catch-all for all of the various questions that people have asked me about computers. My mom has carefully kept track of every piece of advice I have given her and her notes make up the brunt of the content. Anyway, it will be merged with some other computer help sections that I already have, and since I am now helping out an older man from the church learn how to use the computer, the content will grow over time.
