Some helpful hints about Track Changes in Word

I don’t want tracking changes to show if I email something out or if I give them to Marian to put in PageMaker because that messes up PageMaker. First of all save the document as something else. Then accept all changes. (Look on the track changes toolbar for the appropriate command.) This will eliminate the tracking changes but you still have your original document to go back and look at.
